4 Elements of a Great Art Website

  • FIRE

Your creative spark is alive in your
    art and your website.

First, gather that fire - through your art images and artist’s statement, and
direct it to create a unique site
you are proud to share with collectors, friends, family and students.

  • AIR

Air is the mind - use its power to think through your website’s purpose.

Second, what is the true purpose of your site? To sell art online? To present your work to new collectors and encourage them to contact you?

Thinking through your goals for your site will make the whole process much easier, and keeping you from wasting time on things you don’t need.

  • WATER

Systems are how everything flows, from the emotions in your art, to energy and money.

Third, set up your systems are working correctly so visitors to your site know where to go - and to make your life easier when you send a newsletter, sell a piece of art, or create an event.

  • EARTH

Earth is the result of your site’s goal.

When your site is live (even though it is floating through Internet Space), you should be able to use it to grow your art business, sell your products, showcase new works, and most importantly - maintain it yourself in real time, rather than have to call someone every time you need something.

Artists need Artists
